Gratton Ltd worked at our listed Georgian property to provide a total renovation of a large apartment. This included all services, restoring plasterwork and flooring, installing a difficult curving staircase and preparing and executing the installation of a balcony. This required interaction with architects, structural engineers and the Council. The initial project led to several other projects including works on the exterior of the building, the garden and in the common areas. This was a substantial and difficult project that was managed in a timely and professional way.
