This Project involved internal and external alterations within a conservation area. Internally we undertook a major structural opening and excavation, in order to open out the central core of the property and achieve a large kitchen/ living space on one level. Externally we excavated into the surrounding rock banks to the side and rear of the property. This was in order to achieve a large off road parking area and outside dining/leisure area to the rear. All materials used were traditional and the finish, we think complimented the existing surrounding properties.
